How the Core Design Package Works
1. Kickoff
We’ll start with a discovery call to discuss your goals, style, budget, and timeline. You’ll fill out a questionnaire and share your Pinterest or Houzz boards. I’ll visit the space, take measurements, and get a clear picture of what we’re working with.
2. Concept Presentation
I’ll develop 2-3 design directions and present them to you with mood boards and a 3D model. We’ll align on a direction, refine the layout, and discuss budget implications before moving into selections.
3. Design Development
I’ll present curated options for finishes, fixtures, tile, hardware, and everything in between. Together, we’ll work through decisions so selections feel manageable, not overwhelming. Included shopping support is built into the package.
3. Final Design Delivery
Once selections are approved, I’ll compile everything into a complete design package for you & your contractor: dimensioned plans, key elevations, finish schedule, cut sheets, and 3D model outputs. Everything they need to build what we designed.

What does it cost?
Bath projects start at $2,000 and kitchen projects start at $5,000. Final pricing depends on the size and complexity of your project. We’ll confirm your project investment on our discovery call.
What will I receive for my investment?
You’ll receive a complete design package ready to hand off to your contractor, including mood boards, a 3D model, dimensioned plans, key elevations, finish schedule, and cut sheets. You’ll also have clear product selections to purchase directly from vendors on your own timeline.
How long does it take?
Most bath projects wrap up in 4–6 weeks. Kitchens typically run 6–10 weeks. Timeline depends on the complexity of your project and how quickly you make decisions. I’ll give you an estimate on our call.
Who purchases materials?
You do, directly from vendors. My finish schedule gives you everything you need: product names, specs, and sourcing info. This keeps you in control of your budget and purchasing timeline.

Where do we meet?
I’ll come to you for the site visit and any in-person meetings. Shopping trips are typically at local vendors like cabinet showrooms, tile shops, and stone yards. Some meetings can also be done remotely via video call.
